Refund & Returns Policy
Every product sold by Signal Supply Co is a digital download (software and documentation) delivered electronically and instantly. Because these items are delivered immediately and cannot be returned once accessed, all sales are final.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges on any digital product, bundle, or download — including after the files have been downloaded or accessed.
Please review before you buy. Each product page lists what's included, what you need to run it (Python plus a free market-data API token), and the fact that the software generates signals only and never places a trade.
Something wrong with your order? If a file fails to download or you were charged more than once, contact us right away and we'll make it right by re-issuing access or correcting the billing error.
Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction.
